From one office in Abu Dhabi to five companies

Smart Global Group grew out of Smart World Legal Translation (SWLT), founded in Abu Dhabi in 2014 on a solid reputation for certified legal translation and conference interpreting.

Over the years it evolved into an integrated hub bringing together languages, technology and professional development, giving rise to dedicated companies in translation, software, legal services and multilingual video conferencing.

Today, Smart Global Group unites these companies under one vision and a shared commitment to excellence, integrity and innovation.

Dr. Hani Elimam, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

A certified conference interpreter and AIIC member with over 17 years of experience, Dr. Hani Elimam holds advanced degrees in Translation and Interpreting from the American University of Sharjah and the British University in Dubai. He founded SWLT in 2014 and leads the group across its five companies.
